HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply browse the shop, choose your favorite items, and check out, it’s that easy.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the custom nature of many items, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll make it right.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes, contact me as soon as possible. Once your order is in production, changes may not be possible.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

You will receive a tracking number once your purchase is shipped, through your email. If your tracking information is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, please confirm with your local post office that your package was delivered to your correct address (sometimes there can be mistakes with deliveries). If your package is still lost or stolen, create a claim with USPS. Most packages are shipped with insurance, so once a claim is created with USPS you may contact me with that information and we will proceed with replacing your item(s). Please be aware, that we are not responsible for covering the cost of stolen or tampered packages upon arrival to the address you provided for delivery.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC COLORS, THEMES, OR NAMES?

Absolutely! That’s the best part. Everything is designed to match your vibe.

WILL I SEE A DESIGN BEFORE IT'S MADE?

If needed, I may confirm details with you before starting to make sure everything is perfect.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?

Discounts may be available depending on the quantity, contact me for details.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

DO YOU OFFER TRACKING?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress through the carrier's website.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Your order is carefully made within 3–5 business days. Each piece is handcrafted, so we take the time to make it perfect. *Please note that custom or personalized orders may require additional time to complete.

HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?

Custom pieces may take a little longer since they’re made just for you. Processing time will be shared when you place your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY METHODS?

Enjoy free delivery on your order when you spend $150 or more! Treat yourself and save on shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS, with drop-offs occurring Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We use ground shipping, and the price varies based on the weight of your package.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER OR UPGRADE SHIPPING TO GET IT FASTER?

Yes, you can absolutely rush your order or upgrade your shipping to receive it sooner! Please note that rushing your order will incur additional fees, as it prioritizes your order by placing it ahead of other pending orders. Additionally, you have the option to upgrade your shipping method, with any extra postage costs being covered by the buyer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you realize that you've entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply. Unfortunately, if the package is delivered to the incorrect address and not returned, we cannot be held responsible.

HOW DO I WASH MY BLINGED CUP?

To preserve the longevity and vibrancy of your customized cup, follow these careful steps for gentle cleaning: ​ Use Mild Dish Soap: Choose a mild dish soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or strong detergents that may damage the custom design or coating. Soft Sponge or Cloth: Opt for a soft sponge or cloth to clean the cup. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or brushes that could scratch the surface or compromise the customized elements. Gentle Cleaning Motion: Apply gentle pressure while cleaning. Use circular or back-and-forth motions to lift any residues without being overly abrasive. Avoid Dishwasher: Customized cups are often not dishwasher-safe. To maintain the integrity of the design, refrain from placing it in the dishwasher, as the high water pressure and heat can be detrimental. Air Dry or Pat Dry: After washing, allow the cup to air dry naturally. If you prefer a quicker drying process, pat it dry with a soft, lint-free paper towel. Avoid using rough or abrasive towels that could potentially scratch the surface. ​ By adhering to these careful cleaning practices, you ensure that your customized cup remains in excellent condition, allowing you to enjoy its personalized charm for an extended period.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR YOUR HAND BLINGED ITEMS?

We use high-quality, durable materials including premium-grade crystals and adhesives to ensure longevity and sparkle. The base products are sourced from trusted suppliers to guarantee quality.

ARE THE BLINGED CUPS SAFE FOR HOT AND COLD BEVERAGES?

Yes, our blinged cups are suitable for both hot and cold beverages. However, please handle with care as extreme temperatures may affect the adhesive over time.

WILL DECALS STAY ON?

Yes! Decals are made to last, but proper care will help maintain their look over time.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues due to craftsmanship within 30 days of purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
